This collection consists of one entry form to a NASCAR race that was held at the Piedmont Interstate Fairgrounds. The form includes a space to fill out information on the driver and owner of the car as well as advertising information on the race including a break down of how the prize money was to be distributed, the distance of the race, and the promoters name.
National Bicentennial Competition collection
For the Bicentennial of the United States Constitution, the Center for Civic Education developed a specially designed curriculum to teach students about the Constitution and Bill of Rights that centered around a national competition. Elaine Marks worked as the district coordinator for the South Carolina 4th District for the competition. This collection consists of the documents that Marks collected related to organizing the district competition.

This collection consists of papers from multiple Spartanburg County families including the Nesbitts, Stewarts, Jacksons, Shores, and Galloways. The papers include correspondence, photographs, legal documents including land deeds, and school papers including report cards.

Joseph Nohra Camp Croft photographs
Joseph Nohra was a soldier stationed at Camp Croft during World War II. This collection consists of twenty photographs that Nohra acquired during his time in service. Twelve are reprinted photos depicting soldiers in Spartanburg and training at Camp Croft during World War II. One notable image shows the "Spartanburg Fair Negro Entrance." Eight of the photos were taken overseas depicting soldiers on parade, captured German planes and tanks.
Oakwood Cemetery ledgers
Two ledgers. Volume I covers activities from approximately 1887 to 1900 and lists plot owners in Sections A-C of Oakwood Cemetery and transfers of graves from Magnolia Street Cemetery in 1887. Volume II contains a list of stockholders and minutes of the Oakwood Cemetery Association from 1886 to 1941.

Old Enoree Presbytery records
This collection consists of papers that came from the Old Enoree Presbytery church. The only original document is the journal of Rev. Albert Allison James from when he was student of Davidson College in 1846. There are a large number of photocopies of articles about Rev. James. There is also photocopies of a sermon given by Rev. H. H. Reid and an Enoree Telephone Company account book.
Olney Paint Company photographs
Seven photographs depicting interior and exterior views of the Olney Paint Company's location on Trade Street and St. John Street. Two additional photographs are believed to depict the residence of Robert Olney on Crystal Drive in Spartanburg.
Pamphlet File collection
A pamphlet file, also refered to as a vertical file, is a file of materials that have been collected and arranged for ready reference in a file cabnet. The materials in a pamphlet file include newspaper clippings, photocopies, print-outs, brochures, pamphlets, and other types of paper that are not considered unique, archival items.
Parham Family portraits
Four oversize portraits in charcoal depicting African-American adults. One of the portraits has "James Parham" written on the reverse.
Park Hills Elementary School photograph albums
Five (5) albums and two folders of classroom photographs depicting students and staff of Park Hills Elementary spanning the years 1959 to 1978, the bulk of which date to the early 1960s.

Paul Fabio aerial photographs
One roll of negative film depicting a series of aerial photographs taken July 3, 1980 by Paul Fabio. Flight plan indicates two courses, the first of which includes Seneca, Clemson, and the area north of Anderson, the second stretches from north of Lyman to Arcadia, western Spartanburg and south to Pauline. Negative had not been examined to confirm subject areas.
Everett Pearson papers
Correspondence, photographs, newspaper clippings, medals, and military records relating to the army service of Staff Sergeant Everett Pearson during World War II. Pearson was a Woodruff, South Carolina native active in France during 1944 and 1945 as part of the 249th Combat Engineers Battalion. Correspondence written to his mother and father in Woodruff makes up the bulk of the collection and spans from April of 1944 through October of 1945.
Sarah Allen Perry recipe book
Handwritten recipe book originally compiled by Mrs. Josiah Wiley Perry of Cedar Springs, South Carolina in 1893 and later given to her daughter, Annie Perry Jester in 1927. Contains approximately thirty pages of handwritten and newsprint recipes.
Terri L. Phillips collection
The collection consists of a postcard depicting an old grist mill near Spartanburg (ca. 1950) and two election documents: a list of voters for the election of the Spartanburg District Ordinary on August 11, 1857 at Campobello and election tallies for various Spartanburg District polling places for the election of state legislators on October 15, 1828.
