Abstract
Carl Sandburg (1878-1967) was an American poet and writter. Through out his career, Sandburg was awarded three pultizer prizes: two for his poems and one for his biography of Abraham Lincoln. This collection consists of three letters regarding Horace Gilbert's visit to Carl Sandburg's home in Flat Rock, NC.
